Optical Bonding

To our customers, we propose total optical bonding solutions, including bonding process, material and die-cutting services for their LCD products. The service can be LCD unit consignment basis or ARTRON supply LCD unit complete with optical bonding. Our optical bonding process is done in ARTRON’s equipped factory’s cleanroom.

Silicone OCA (Optical Clear Adhesive)

Silicone OCA provides the long-lasting quality required in the automotive industry and medical industry. We use high-grade material that is made in Japan, to process OCA for customer’s LCD products. The material is soft and yellowing-resistant. Using silicone OCA improves brightness and contrast of the display as it fills air gaps between components in LCD unit. The material is in sheet form, making it both easy to handle and allows re-working of bonding defects. The material retains elasticity and reduces stress on display components. This contributes to a uniform displayed image and improve shock resistance.

IN OUR CLEANROOM FACILITY

Our OCA process and quality inspection are done in our factory with cleanroom facility. Materials are stored in temperature controlled location.
