Extrusion profiles can maintain excellent dimensional consistency and have well controlled microstructural and homogeneity. Available surface finishings can be Color Anodizing, Sand Blasting, Shot Blasting, ED Coating, Powder Coating, Electroless Nickel Plating or Spray Painting.

Precision Forming

Precision metal forming or fingerstrip are used in digital products such as GPS device, mobile phone, wearables, consumer electronic devices. Functions as grounding contact, signal connector, power connector, jumping spring, clamper, etc.

Raw materials: Beryllium Copper, Stainless Steel, TiCu, Phosphor Bronze, or Customer assigned.

Electroplating: Ni, Au, Sn, or customer assigned.
